Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

In general terms the service was excellent. I would ask that they add more content in Spanish to the catalog of movies, series and music.

Traveling is Okay, but staying in Istanbul, specially Wi-Fi in airport terrible.

The airplane from IAD to Istanbul was too old. The chairs were to tight and uncomfortable. I continued my travel from Istanbul to Bangkok. This airplane was better and newer than the first one. Even food was better.

Crew announced boarding started and they asked passengers to form a queue. Actual boarding didn’t start and queue was not moving for around 40-50 mins. Very poor management.

I found it okay. Did not think the food was that great. And the service could have been better. Seat was a little cramped. Delay getting to Istanbul made me rush all the way across the airport to get to the connection. This was a not good experience.

As soon as I boarded, the flight attendant informed me that the screen on my seat is not working (business class), I was a little disappointed because my flight is around 3 hours, then a man approached me asking me to sign a paper that I accept the fact that my seat screen is not working and that I accept to fly despite of that !! and if I don't sign then I may be removed from the plane !! It's a shame, paying $$$$ for the flight and then treated this way.

flight Istanbul to tel Aviv did not happen and no refund. refund for 2nd half of round trip was less than half.

We had a flight from Ny to ist and ist to Athens. Our flight was landed late to the Istanbul due to weather conditions and we couldn’t make the next flight to Athens. Turkish airlines transferred us to Aegen airlines for our ist to ath flights and told us they will transfer our luggages. However when we arrived Athens there was no luggage’s and I was traveling with two little kids. This was horrible experiences. Our ath flights was also early morning and we had to wait until 5pm for the next flight with two kids at the airport and they haven’t provided any hotel or food to us. We paid hotel with our own expense and also for food. That’s was horrible experience. I am very disappointed.

As an advantage member I found the experience very positive

Some crew were very helpful. Could be better food choices. Should be more leg room even in economy.

Flight home was great. But, as should have been expected, Newark Liberty airport sucked.

We left our child’s tablet on our seat 12 B on the plane and we can’t get a hold of anyone to try to get help locating the tablet.

Disappointing. Had to pay 70 euros for one checked bag. Transatlantic flight was cramped, not very comfortable

Ability to select seating would be nice. We were family of three and they had us seated back to back and one of us on the other side of the plane??? That is pretty goofy. Especially when tickets were placed two months in advance.

Pretty fair for the price of the plane ticket. Food was poorly, but overall was a ok experience for a super long flight.

Good. Madrid to SFO was way better than ARN to Madrid. Mercifully, the seats to Madrid didn't recline. So although there was no leg room, your knees didn't get crushed

It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.

45 min late. Priority is not a priority as they put everyone in the same bus a than priority become last.

The check in process was terrible. Took a long time to check in because there is not enough agents. Once we got to gate, no announcement to board, all of a sudden people got up and board. The seats were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was a 3 hours international flight, and we were served one tiny cup of water. 😩😩 The temperature was so hot inside rhe plane we thought we were sitting in an oven. Very difficult to find a flight attendant for assistance. They ran up and down aisle to serve first class but never really look up to seve the rest of the flight. I would never fly on this airline again. The experience was horrible.

What didnt i like? You had to pay for seats after the booking was paid for. If i knew that beforehand i would have booked with emirates for a few dollars more

Most important was the effciency - on-time take-offs and landings, no missed connections, baggage arrived correctly. Friendly & professional crew. Less important was food/drink. Pretty spartan, but we'll know next time and bring our own stuff.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.

People seated in exit rows should have designated overhead space

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!
